The Eclipse
The Eclipse restaurant at the Moonrise Hotel promises to be a
unique culinary gem in the eclectic Delmar Loop. Like the hotel
that houses it, Eclipse is a creative blend of the classic and
contemporary. Fronted by a historically significant facade, Eclipse
starts with the traditional and then gives it a twist. The menu
takes classic favorites and then reinterprets them using unique
ingredients and edgy presentations. Nothing fussy…just good
food served by genuinely nice people. Breakfast, lunch and dinner
will be served daily, and cocktails and small plate specialties
will be available nightly in the bar and on the roof-top terrace
BAR, which offers fabulous views of the Gateway Arch.
